        Technical introduction

        Working principle of hot decomposition sludge disposal equipment
        Disposed by dehydrating system, oily sludge will be sent to low temperature micro negative pressure decomposition machine after getting through elevator, feeder and closed feeder. Sludge will be catalyzed and heated. Oil steam will be distilled out. Partial oil steam can be condensated by condensator. The oily steam is condensated into oil mixture. The part which can not be liquefied will be disposed by air purification system and be sent to processor for burning by gas system. The waste gas which can not be used up can be used for power plant, which can save energy and reduce pollution. Flue gas produced by burning will enter spray tower and mix with alkali liquor sent by water pump (alkali liquor is added in the pool). There will be a neutralization reaction between the alkaline substance in alkali liquor and acid substance in flue gas so that the aim to eliminate the acid substances in flue gas can be achieved. After the neutralization reaction, residual alkali liquor in flue gas is eliminated by the stuffed materials in absorption tower and flow in to pool. Clean flue gas will be discharged out. Desulfuration and dedust disposal can be finished. After being decomposed, waste oil and dirt will be made into bricks and anti-collapse agent according to a certain proportion. After being condensated, crude oil will be sent to fractionation processor for being heated. By using calalyst, reforming process can be realized and oil steam will be distilled out. Basic fuel oil will be distilled out by condensator. After precipitation, filteration and chemical disposal, various additives will be added and qualified fuel oil will be produced.

        Legal responsibility
        Method 1 simple disposal
        It is easy to directly bury and solidify oily sludge. It is a common method used at home to directly bury sludge;
        Disadvantages:
        Waste precious resource contained in sludge; cause pollution; although solidificatin can reduce damage to environment, it can not meet the request of environmental protection.
        Method 2 extraction  
        This method uses the rule of similarity. It chooses a proper organic solution as extraction agent in order to recycle raw oil in oily sludge. Take advantage multiclass separation extraction and first-class heat washing to dispose oily sludge. After disposal, oily sludge can meet the emission standard. Chemical agents can be re utilized.
        Disadvantages:
        This technology is under development. At present, it is under development stage. Owing to its high price and loss in the disposal process, the cost of extraction is much higher. It hasn’t been applied to real application for oil refinery to dispose sludge.
        Method 3 incineration 
        After being dehydrated and concentrated, oily sludge is sent to incineration furnace. The temperature of incineration furnace is 800 to 850 degree centigrade. After 30 minutes, the incineration can be finished. The lime ash should be disposed further.
        Disadvantage:
        Secondary pollution is produced in the process; a waste of resource; incineration must be done in a special incineration furnace; it can completely eliminate harmful matters in oily sludge; if comprehensive utilization is not considered, waste of resource will be caused.
        Method 4 biological method
        Biological disposal method mainly composes of tillage, composting process and sludge bio reactor method. The biological disposal method is characterized by long disposal time and complex operation.
        Method 5 physico chemical disposal
        Many physico chemcial disposal methods regard raw oil as final aim. The high price of raw oil and sewage charge of sludge discharge make this method attractive.
        Disadvantages:
        1. Incomplete recycle; exists sewage and secondary pollution; should consider further disposal and comprehensive utilization;
        2. Chemical agents always should be added in the process; need specialized disposal device; complex disposal process; high cost;
        3. The source of oily sludge in oil fields is various. Most oily sludge is produced constantly; the quality of oil sludge from different sources is different, which limits the popularization and wide applications;

        Working principle

        Send oily sand and sludge to cracking kettles by automatic feeder. Oily sand and sludge will be catalyzed and heated. Oily steam will be distilled out.
        After being buffered by steam pocket, oily steam will enter condensator. The part which can be liquefied will be condensated into fuel oil.
        The part which can not be liquefied will enter synchronous gas purification system for eliminating acid gas and dust through the safety of water sealing device and gas system. After the process above, majority of combustible gas will enter burning chamber as fuel. Minority of combustible gas is led to gas burng chamber or is collected.
        Acid gas and dust of flue dust produced in the burning process will be eliminated by desulfurizing and dedusting system in order to meet national emission standard.
